Eat less, do more.

Go for a 30 min run 3-4 times a week night. I quite enjoy doing it:)

Yer i could handle that....how quick will i see results? Before the summer?

and on the whole eating less..

I admit i eat alot of shit..but im always hungry. Ive just had dinner like an hour ago, and im still starving :(

i was considering one of those

Basicly, it's got like suction pad things that go on your Abs, then you do a Crunch type thing against a string spring.....But you have to take 6 second's doing it....So it Clicks at every second sending one of the pulses to your ads....It's the don !

This could be shit but my flatmate does power lifting and 'apparently' the belly/abdomen is genetically the last place you loose fat on your body, so get exercising.

If it's wrong don't have a go at me, i don't read into this sort of thing.

its kinda right,the easiest places to gain fat are the hardest places to loose it. and as you normally get it on your belly first, its not that easy to get rid.

as for the 6 second abs, and all other magic ab devices, they wont make him slim. to get slim, you lose your fat exercising and diet(diet is the main thing), then to get them big and bulging, like the guy out of 300, its a case of weighted sit ups and the like.
