Stan Shaw
hope you realise you'll get slated for this! For asking advice? Makes a change on this forum I think..As for the pads, there are a couple of good options in the Plazmatic CRV and Rock Vee Pads. If your a running a smooth rim the Rock Vee Pads are great as long the brake surface is clean! They Rock pads are also cheaper than the CRV's. Paul@Deltabikes
My personal favourites are Plazmatic CRVs. Use in the dry on a clean rim on a well setup brake and you should be impressed. Edited February 1, 2008 by Paul@Deltabikes

Token
Running V's is abit of a hinderance in that you don't get the massive selection of trials specific brake pads ready made for you. If there's nothing that fits your needs perfectly then dependant on how desperate you are for a certain set of pads, you could buy Heatsink CNC V backings and put the pad material of your choice in yourself. Or if your abit of a beginner, then just stick with a set of Plazmatic CRVs as beens mentioned, they're a really good set of pads. There's a pad review section, 21 pages filled with reviews. Incase you do want to do your own backings in Here.
