Ive always kept all my bikes in the house and none of them have ever rusted.

P.S. I know this is off topic but do you ever ride in the accrington area?

But ali does rust...

Alu doesn't rust, it corrodes. But because it's so reactive it'll oxidise to form a layer of aluminium oxide. You'll notice if you polish Alu it'll go dull again because of it. Aluminium oxide is unreactive in terms of water and air so if you do happen to have some part of your bike not laquered or painted the chances are, it won't 'rust'.

so will it not be ok what would happen to it like the aluminium could corrode

I've answered all your questions above.

YES it will be fine to keep the bike inside.

NO it wont rust.

YES aluminium forms an oxide layer that makes the alu look slightly dull.

Your bike is probably 100% laquered or painted so your not going to have any problems. And keeping something in your bedroom doesn't change it's molecular structure from having it in the garage.

Jesus christ I'm going to shoot myself.
