Posted January 23, 2008 Report Share Posted January 23, 2008 Well, i haven't been riding as much just lately!But when i do go out, my hands really hurt!Not like sore, but like a very dull ache in my fingers Its gets soo bad that i struggle to pull my brakes I just wundered if anyone else has experienced this?And if so, what did you do?Iv been told it could be due to my grips?Thanks, danny!! Ashley-Wood Posted January 23, 2008 Report Share Posted January 23, 2008 I get this riding in the cold, i found solution, when they get cold and begin to hurt, if your wearing a jumper over your t-shirt, stick your hands under your jumper and into your armpits, they are really warm usually and warm my hands up treat. Nah, seriously, when I used to ride my hands were always in a state after not riding in a while, you just have to either griz it, or wait until they feel a bit better, they just need easing into it.
