Muel
Get some Echo Lite forks, a lower stem, and remove all the stem stacks, then it will look OK, and probably ride better as well.Frame looks interesting though.

Mr Plod
Is it me or do those bars look either tilted too far forward or just on backwards? haha. Tidy it up a bit and it'll look nice. Yeah the threaded top cap is right...

The Duck
on these forks the inside is threaded and the top cap screws into it...is this normal?Yeah its supposed to be like that. Not many forks are (because its a right pain in the arse when it comes to cutting steerer etc)And really buy new forks, those completely f**k up the geo and make it feel horrible. I know from experience, had them a few years ago.

basher
Alot screw in these days.I kinda like the bike, i wouldn't like those forks and stem though.Yeah a dew are changing over to it like viz and atmoz but most still use a start nut. Its up to you whether you change the forks and stem. The forks are pritty long forks for a mod as they are 26inch forks with the 4bolt mounts moved down so it means you have a high front end and also the stem is a pritty high stem so i think most people would change the forks to something else as they will prefer the front end height. As for the stem thats total preference alot of people like the geo on them so its what you like and you should find otu for yourself and not listen to others as they will tell you what they prefer.
