If you're a decent rider, and have riden lower bb'd bikes in the past, then either would be fine. Personally I'd go with the GU Le because of the +40 bb and it's a wicked lightweight frame. You'll notice that on Tartybikes website there'll be descriptions about both bikes, each description will have information about the geometrys. You must know personally what your looking for from a bike, so maybe it'd be a good idea to do abit of research into which frame suits your criteria best. I personally don't know what your looking for, you haven't made it very clear, so it's best to ask yourself what you need and pick the frame that'll suit those needs best.
