Muel Posted January 19, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 19, 2008 I had my first proper ride on it today, it's the nicest Mod I have ever ridden, but I think there is still room for improvement.The frame needs swapping for a disc one, so I can ditch the mount, but I dunno, the mount is so me now, I don't want to part with it.I'm going to put the Echo rocks back on, for 2 reasons. 1, They flex quite a bit, which is great for natty and comp stuff, but for street I prefer them to be stiffer. 2, If I twat the fork leg hard enough, the CF could splinter, then it would be very expensive. But I plan to get about £200 together to spend on it, then I'll sell the 07 frame to get some back.I have only said I'll get a rear disc frame, who knows whether it will be Echo or not... (probably will).That's way off in the future though, I'm just loving it at the moment! I'm going to get a vid out I think, then you can all cringe at it being thrashed by a shite rider with the style and grace of a sack of potatoes.
