Al_Fel
A little word of advice mate. Calm down with your posting and be careful where you post things. You're on a slippy slope.

anzo
Most probably it'll happen, but not for a while. And it's certainly a good thing. Its not something that will happen next week, look in a few years time. At the moment it only seems to be an idea; nothing set in stone.I hope it does happen though, may well bring some insurance costs down

I know you've just been validated, but you've got to keep up standards.

James Quigley
There were rumors when I was learning to drive.(4.5 years ago)
PaRtZ
yeah same rumours here. Maybe they're trying to panic people into passing? Don't know what good that would do though... lol I think it'd be a good idea though, would create cheaper car insurance and cause a lot less deaths on the roadSome lad from North Wales passed his test, went out driving that night and crashed into a police car the same night. The police are not only get the insurers to pay out for the car but the officer involved is suing for whiplash...
Token
These rumours have existed for aslong as I can remember. Nothing ever happens, an I doubt anything will ever change, think how much revenue the Government take by letting people drive at 17 instead of 18. A whole years worth of road Tax from a million or so new drivers.
