Sabadell have the biggest biketrial park of europe.recently, ive been ridin with ben savage, scott wilson and patt donovan.patt donovan told me that he will come again on march.contact with him to go toghetter or, if you would come on february, contact with me and i'll help u with all you can need (hotels, taxis, riding places.... bitches XDD)here my msn: aaronle@hot...cheers! A friend of mine and I are planning to road trip somewhere to ride some trials, so a trials park sounds class. Chris Elson Posted January 11, 2008 Report Share Posted January 11, 2008 All i need to know is how to get from the airport to Sabadell haha, we was going to stay with the others in Barcelona but decided to stay near to the park its just we haven't really found a way of getting from the airport?? Neither of us have any Spanish, so this might be a problem ... Found some Ryanair flights to Barcelona, so what's the easiest way to get from there to Sabadell (minibus style taxis would be ideal for two bike boxes ad two people) and where should we stay (With secure space for bikes - preferably allowing us to keep the bikes in our rooms). Are Pat Donovan or Scott Wilson on this forum?If more people are interested in going at this time it'd be really cool - I'm not great at trials, but I'm looking forward to a few days of bike riding on stuff designed to be ridden . The week we're going coincides with the spring semester break in the university I work in, so possibly other people will have holidays at this time for the same reason. The week we're going coincides with the spring semester break in the university I work in, so possibly other people will have holidays at this time for the same reason.Hey I'm Patt, right here goes hehe,which ryan air airport are you flying to girona or reus? reus would be the best, from here you can get a bus from outside the terminal, they fit in with the flight times, this will take you to Barcelona sants the main train station, from here you need to take the manressa-terrasa train and get off in sabadell. There are 3 train stations in sabadell south central and north, so it depends where you are going to stay. Hotel Sabadell and hotel Urpi are the closest to the park. for these got to sabadell north and when you come up from the underpass, you need the exit on the roundabout directly opposite you, this goes downhill, follow it down and you will see the hotels.This time round we needed a room for 3 people so we stayed at hotel husa Valles this is a bit futher from the park, about 10 minutes by bike/foot. for this one go to sabadell north, then take the number 9 or 7 bus and it will take you straight to the hotel and only costs 1euro 25c. or there is usually taxis outside.If you can try and go with easy jet to BCN El Prat airport it is the closest and cheapest. you can take a train from here to sants again then take the manressa- terrasa train again.The park is good for a few days, you have to be creative, but there are many more places to ride, if your into street i recomend terrasa and for natural barcelona coast or torredembarra.If you need any more info just ask. Should be handy enough (Nothing from Shannon airport unless I go via London and the less changes the less baggage handling the bikes will get). Have you contact details for those hotels?I mostly ride street (Though a few nice rocks have been put down for 'landscaping' purposes around where I live, so I'm finally getting some practice on that stuff)...Me and another guy are booked from Wednesday 19th to Saturday 22nd March for Sabadell. Flying Dublin Reus, picking up a rental car and driving to Sabadell. We'll stay in the Husa Valles too. Thanks so much for your help. The location of the park is on google earth at 41 deg 33'05" 2 deg 05'44" - the satellite image doesn't show it built yet though...
