No real news to report I'm very sad to say, From what I understand, Carol has spent countless money on Balifs fees and all sorts trying to recover costs from Simon, and every time he's managed to squirm out of it somehow, claiming he owns nothing, putting stuff in other peoples units, all sorts. So money down the drain and nothing to show for it for all the trouble, court trips, solicitors, just endless sadness. The tupmans have done loads of work on the shell, but at present, it sits in their secure storage, awaiting a decision on the engine. Would be a shame but at least it would be moving I guess. Having said that, I don't think I would. It would be like giving up and taking the easy option, IMO if you guys were to stick with the legal stuff or to stump up yet more cash, or get funding from somewhere else then the build would mean more in a way. It wouldn't just be Oli's mini, it'd be Oli's mini that got finished even after 5 years of heartache. That said though, you've been through enough now and I'm sure Oli wouldn't mind too much if it ended up a lower spec than he intended, you've tried enough already!
