Pluc
Hi,I want to get the frame czar freetrials, but I'm in doubt in the brake. I prefer v-brake, but I have doubt if the adaptors will work well. I think about Heatsink V2.I'll need to use booster additional in the frame that already was built with booster? Thanks. 2sixstreet
I have an '06 Control with built in booster. I dont run another booster but just a booster shaped plate to protect the HS33 crossover.
abtrials
trust me mate you will not need a booster for the fact that if the built in one ent doing enough of a job, most v bosters will not work, also depending on how wide your rim is you wont fit one on anyhow.my mate was using a 47mm rim and there is no way one would fit
Curly-Sam
hi there i have got a echo control and i dont use onei have used a booster with it before. it dont make a differnce
Lloyd B
as long as the frame dosent flex to much without a booster then you can run it without one but if there is alot of movment then you run the risc of your frame cracking plus a booster will make the brake feel nicer
jimmy b
Its best to keep it to a minimum and not have a booster. It really depends on how much the frame flexxes or how the brake feels. But if you have a color themed bike eg. blue or green then go ahead and add a booster! (not that looks are more important than feel!
