Atomz Forks...

the disc tab on the atomz forks i just bought and fitted ive just noticed is wonky at the top. it looks intentional as the disc tap itself is bent and fitted around to fork slightly and welded well, but why would you curve the top of the disc mount?

can anyone tell me if this is normal, tried asking prawn on msn but he never replies haha.

Dunno what you're on about but looking at the forks on Tarty maybe it's curved on purpose to compensate for some design feature?

slightly related, how is the threaded steerer/topcap working? Is it threaded far enough down so that if you chop some off it'd still work?

Oh and what's the price of half a dozen large free range eggs?

as you can see the top is clearly bent, but i dont know if its intentional or not...

the threads go pretty far down, ive cut the steerer if thats what your worried about. just file slightly to remove the buure so the topcap threads in nicely, i added some grase too, tis nice.

oh and, sainsbury's woodland large free range eggs x6 is £1.45/unit

EDIT: i take shit photos, sorry

Wow they surely are expensive eggs! we sell our large eggs (free range of course) for 80p a half dozen! (6 eggs)

But yes, my forks are like that too...
