He'l be more than Happy to listen to your rant.Danny.dont be so quick to blame RM - the week between christmas an new year is the lightest of the year - so i would say very unlikely to be delayed.... however - for some unknown reasons - mondays is the lightest for parcels in the week (making me think they arent processing them all only top first class customers). and tuesday was a BH. but it wouldnt have taken that long for a first class item that is supposed to arrive monday. if it was posted standard parcel then it is quite reasonable for a long postage time.
