Vee
nice one.think 2.35 might be bit fat on the front
Tommy d
I use a 2.35 maxxis. A lot of people do use smaller ones like a 2.1 though to save weight. I guess it depends how much you use your front end, and whether or not you struggle to get enough grip.A lot of people have a maxxis dual ply on the back and a lighter single ply on the front, and taking their advice I did the same, but personally I prefer dual ply 2.35 on the front as well, because the sidewalls aren't so strong on the single ply. I have to pump it up hard in order not to rim out when I do front wheel stalls, and then I don't get enough grip really. But that's just me.EDIT: actually that's cos I bought 60a which I now regret... still have to have 60a on the back though. Ali C
I am currently useing a dmr redshift tyre. Its 2.25 and is the same weight as a try-all and is a soft 42A compound (like maxxis).I am really impressed with it! seems to grip as well as my maxxis does. Silly light too for the size! Bargain price as wel.just placed an order to get some in at tart today.

It's true that they are light and last for ages, but I didn't like it cos it wasn't very grippy and easy to puncture.

Krisboats
I've always used a Tioga Factory DH 2.1 or 2.3 on my front wheel. They're light and fairly grippy on the front, moreso than when they're on the rear. And best of all, they're dead cheap.
Bobby Fox
i use a single ply 2.35 high roller, awsome grip and although not stupidly light its not as heavy as some, gooing to try a larsen TT when i need a new one.
Greetings
I use a 2.1" Nobby Nic, pretty good tyre if you're looking for something lightweight, durable and with adequate grip. Really happy with it.
T.McMillan
i use this http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=4613super light kevlar bead 2.1inch = 575g mega lightbut run hard pressure because they have pretty thin sidewalls if u pinch it too hard like doing a tap on a sharp edge i have got a puncture, but i do run super thin tubes too
