Ok, so basically I'm going to London later for shopping with a female friend, but tomorrow wanna get up and hit Camden market.

BUT tubes arent stopping at Victoria station due to some building stuff going on there..

So how would you reccomend getting from victoria station to Camden market?

I might perhaps walk up to oxford street for a bit of a shop there, but would you reccomend walking from oxford street to camden, considering we'll already be nakered?? also, what road is the actual market on?

Also, I need a route BACK to victoria station to catch my bus back!!

HELP!

Cheers,

Scott

Once i was going to Camden and there was a bomb scare and i had to get the bus there.... dont do it, we went through all the back streets through loads of Jewish areas, where everyone had all the funny hair cuts and it took forever! my friends set off 2 hours later than me after the bomb scare and got there before us... id stick to trying to find a way on the tubes although im no expert, and literally as soon as you get off the tube the market is THERE, sorry i cant be much more help with tubes and stuff, but camden is a bit of a way outta london

'cause a lot is shut, that's the point. :P

I know Liverpool street is closed until Friday, and its the station i walk through to get to work in London, and believe you me, it is always a mission to walk through there. Can't begin to imagine the chaos this is causing to London commuters, just glad i'm not in London this week.
