Tommy d
Mebbe. I shall consult my trials housemates, my calendar, and the weather forecast...Do you ride in Ryde? Cos I can't help noticing that the ferry from Southampton goes to Cowes. How far away is that?
James Quigley
Do you ride in Ryde? Cos I can't help noticing that the ferry from Southampton goes to Cowes. How far away is that? From southampton you'd have to get the car ferry as they dont allow cycles on the redjet. The car ferry comes in to East Cowes which is a good few miles from Ryde, but if you did come we could arrange a pick up/drop off with the cars. I better see if either of my house mates are up for coming (you met James in Portsmouth a few months ago), would you be able to take 2 or 3?Can't really tell about the weather yet but at the moment it's saying lots of wind and rain, in which case I might have to leave it for next time! But cheers for the offer and I'll check with the others.

Tommy d
Any idea what sort of time we're going for? The usual 11ish? Will be dark about 4 I guess.I've just been checking the ferries from Southampton, looks like they're once per hour, leaving on the hour and arriving at 5 to. So could get the 10.00 and arrive just before 11? That's in Cowes though... At least one of my housemates is up for coming.Forecast at the moment is sunny and a bit windy so should be ok if it stays that way.

James Quigley
You can ride the skatepark if you really have to Mowgli. There might be some BMX/skating boarders in the way though, although I do want to try the tap in there. We are ridding Ryde as there is a drop gap I want to try but need an audience, lol. (It's not high just far)Hopefully see people there, weathers looking good so far.
