Joe Papasnap Maher
pedAls look on the bottom of the bottom, near where thread is, and it should either have r or l on meaning right or left. So for the one with r on you put it into your right hand crank with a 15 mm spanner turning clockwise, then with the l one u put it on the left hand side crank anti-clockwise I hope this helps
joe_cambs
Remember that they are reverse threaded, so to take them off you undo them the way you would normally tighten something up, and vice versa. Usually helps if someone holds the pedals still as you take them off, cause they make the cranks go round. :- Joe.
Tartridge
Right pedal goes in clockwise. Left pedal goes in anti-clockwise. (Why? To help stop them working themselves loose) Easy way: Put crank arm facing upwards, and attach spanner facing upwards too. Fowards = tighten, backwards = loosen.
