Its occured to me that I haven riden in a long time, which sucks.

You can tell its been to long Because:

The Calluses on my hands have dissapered.

Ive lost lots of Muscle Mass in my arms shoulders and legs

My tyres are flat

Before I moved house 2 weeks back my bike had on it:

Trials Gloves

2 Helmets

Motorbke helmet

Motorbike gloves

2 jackets

Duvet Cover (wasnt being used to cover it, was rolled up and over the rear wheel)

Beanie Hat

Goretex Camo Trousers

Hoodie

An XC bike

Aswell as all the cobwebs in the spokes.

Well this has to come to an end. Im healed now (for those who dont know I trapped some nerves in my spine) and should have the physical strength to ride once more.

Chances are I wont be able to ride at all well.

what you'll find is, if you've lost some abilities, then they'll all come back real quick given the time, way faster than learning for the first time, because you can already do them and it's just reminding your body that it can do them.

Yeah. I usually find that if I dont ride for a week or two, everything is actually a lot easier and I can go a bit bigger than I could before. But I haven't rode properly for about 3 months, so I'm gonna have to start everything again I think!
