Muel
Changed mine.1. Go swimming regularly, went today, was beasty. I am so shit though, when I used to train properly, I could do 4 legnths flat out, now I couldn't even do 1. I never got to compete but I wish I had stuck with it.2. Build up my weights routine and stick to it. ATM my stats are shit, but I had to increase all my weights over yesterdays, so hopefully I'll be buff in no time.3. Spend as little money as possible on things like food, trains and magazines. Also save as much as I can.4. Get a motorbike liscence.
Rich Pearson
Nearly two days now without cigarettes, alcohol, or - as it turns out when you suddenly stop using two substances you've been nigh on dependant on for five years - sleep.I must say however, I do feel a little better as I realised that a fair few other people on here listed "Get a better job/career/sort out life," considering the last few days I've been tearing myself apart worried I'm not going to get any work.Lots of luck for this year guys.Rich
