froggy
I've been trying to open an online eSavings account with Abbey National (Abbey eSaver direct) for 2 weeks and I've just received a letter this morning, the incompetent twats opend the account with the name AFAM LEEK intead of ADAM LEEK I know 100% I spelt it correct and there was a photocopy of my passport with my name! On top of that the service was shite it was supposed to be 100% online controlled but I had to go into the local branch THREE times to give proof of ID. There customers service is f**king appalling and I was fobbed off when I tried to make a complaint. So before I take the dive with HSBC can anyone recomend a good high interest savings account? Dr. Nick Riviera
look into ISA's then, especially if you're only depositing. how much are you looking to save?
Clownbike
I put some savings into Nationwide for a year. They seemed to give the best rates - something like 6%. If you are a student you don't have to pay tax either .
