Walleee
Using a disc on the front which is silent. On the rear, a smooth rim with Coustsinks. The brake has a high pitch squeak which I don't like. Previous one (same setup but with a ground rim) had a low pitch squeak which was very pleasant. Somehow I love loud brakes.I think with a grind your referring to the 'honk' i was talking about. your smooth rim, is it painted or bare metal? Token
Silent is so much better, everything you do looks smooth because there's no ridiculous 'HOOONK!' when you land. <--- Just one of many benefits from using rear disc. Tommy d
Yuck yuck yuck I hate loud brakes! Mine are usually quiet, and when they're not it's so annoying I tend to try and avoid using them...

Greetings
I think with a grind your referring to the 'honk' i was talking about. your smooth rim, is it painted or bare metal?Yeah, that's the word Rim is anodized. Kinda enjoy the look of black wheels, and since the braking power is immense I'll keep it smooth until the black film wears out.
