Revolver
looks like v only on the rearnever fear, u cn buy an evo2 mount hs33 from CRC that will fit it.front has a disc on already, but no v bosses, so stuck with front disc only

Mackay
Yeah as said before evo2 mounts will fit magura's on, but why not just keep the vee's?can be just as good as magura's if set up right.unless you dont like vee's at all then dont mind me
I'm hungry
i keep hearing this more and more but can it actually work?and i know with a ground rim vees work pretty well but i never thought it could replace a maggy.i supose you mean an avid or xtr? ive heard some good feedback about xtr's but never considered using a vee on rear.sounds like its worth a try? Revolver
evo2 hs33:+an extra £20 when you move to a 4-bolt mounted bike and you can keep it for that+instant, frictionless response+incredible power-bleeding isn't exactly quick and easy-the tpa is 'mcshite'v-brakes:+cheaper to buy (generally)+power can equal hs33 when set up right+adjustable whenever you want, with just an allen key-small amounts of cable stretch-if not set up well, will be mcshitepersonally, if you were gna get a v, i'd go for avid single digits Edited December 14, 2007 by Disasterboy

Sir_Hops_Alot
Why not save up some extra cash and get the mad phase 1.2? I started out on one of them and they pretty good, all i would save is convert them to single speed. The phase 1.2 also comes with front and back maguras, but if you do decide to get one shop around on the net as you can get them really cheap if you look. I'm hungry
right ive rang nick from hastingscycles i think it is ?! spoke to him very helpful guy, ill definetly consider the mad he has for sale but at the same time ill keep an eye out for bargains on ebay.i was also think about an cheapish onza maybe a t-raptor or a t-rex.does anyone have any feedback on t-raptors as the frame doesnt look to comfortable and easy to chuck around.ive heard alot of good things about the t-rex, the geometry of the frame is meant to be very good and comfortable to ride.decisions decisions...
