New Stem

I got 4 cracks in the stem where the 4 screws go into it through the cap. id advise to stay away from the none cnc'd viz stems. im not a heavy rider nor did i give the stem, or bike for that matter much gyp in the time i had it.

anyway my question is, is there another stem with 120mm length and 17degree rise for oversized bars. i cannot find others except the viz one

When I ran the same stem it was absolutely fine, if I hadn't wanted something a little lower it'd have still been on there now.

I can only imagine you overtightened the bolts or something, or there was some material fault in the stem perhaps (at a push)

As for a new stem, if you can't find those dimensions, get something similar and sort it out with a few spacers

FSA os 115 comes in a 120x17 and a 138gms is a mint find, but pretty hard to track one down... I think conor has one for sale atm.

also the pazzaz comes in a 120x17.. available at tartys.
