basher
Try useing a screw driver and hammer and hitting the bolt on the head pritty hard this might break the locktite and make things easier. Then use loctite and glue a allen key in and then try undoing it.

The Riddlers
Easy outs are ok, BUT if you end up snapping it (which is quite common) your f**ked. They are super hardened steel, and you'll melt 5673566636 drill bits before you get through it.The other option is to get the next size up in a torx bit and smash it in with a hammer. Si-man
Use the biggest easy out possible so you dont end up snapping it in the hole you have drilled. If possible, get another person to help you. Stick the easy out in the hole and twat it in with a hammer. Stick a spanner over it, and get another person to keep on hitting the easy out while your undoing it so that it keeps on gripping the bolt and doesnt come loose. should come out piss. Use them at work all the time for getting rusted in/rounded bolts out of moulding tools. The shock from hitting the tap in should crack the loctite allowing you to get it out. Have you tried sticking the allen key in and hitting it a couuple of times to try and loosen the threads? Si-man
so i ahve to drill a hole first what type of drill end do i need for that8mm drill should do it. the bash the easy out in and away you go.It should tell you on the packet what size to use for each of the different easy outs. craigjames
i always tap in a torq adaptor, always seems to work for me, as said the shock form tapping it in breaks the loctite and then the bit grips into the allen bolt and undo as normal with a ratchet. Ali C
get someone to weld (tack) a bolt or nut on and then just undo with a spanner. Thats a last resort anyways.
Henrik Y
A little heat on it could loosen up the locktite a little.
psycholist
Are they square taper or ISIS bolts? Using an 8mm drill on a square taper bolt will damage the BB threads too as these bolts are 8mm in diameter.
Si-man
Just use a smaller drill bit and easy out then. Make sure you centre pop the bolt 1st though dead centre so it doesnt drift and end up drilling through the threads
