basher Posted December 5, 2007 Report Share Posted December 5, 2007 (edited) I appreciate your entitled to your own opinoin.But your wrong.Im so not, been on many double disk bikes never liked one of them, apart from a monty with a bb7 but even that wasnt anything really good. Rim brake especially vee holds a awfull lot better and you dont get that horrible feeling. You dont get the same control with a disk like being able to let the brake off slightly and most of all the feel of when it locks a disk is horrible you get the wheel flex and you just cant feel it lock the same so i find it very juddery and on off and it all just makes a horrible feel ill never use rear disk always vee and maggie. Dont see why people are going to rear disk i think its almost just to say they have one because so many others have one. Also disks can be pritty tempromental getting hot and not working sometimes.
