Danny Posted December 2, 2007 Report Share Posted December 2, 2007 Move closer to the router? Make sure the router isn't near any big metal objects. What connection do you have with virgin? If its not the 20mb service then your not going to see any difference anyway.I've always had great service from virgin. When i was having problems with mine disconnecting they came out and replaced my modem and added a filter onto the line within 48 hours.
