Mackay
Best chance would be asking the people who have made their own one on the forum and seeing how they made it?unless someone else would be willing to make one

Muel
Best idea i have ever seen, EVER.Very Very Inventive...Get a pattent on it mate,RyanI copied the design from someone else on here. Hang on I'll get some more pics.EDIT: Do you want some instructions? I'll do them anyway and post them in the Wiki later. Say yes though and I'll remember to do it.This one is very rough and ready, I needed it for a comp so I wasn't arsed about big marks on the surface, I may remake it but it works and I don't have time at the moment. Here's what you need to make it:A piece of steel, make sure it's big enough.A piece of card, to make a basic template so you can get the shape.A hacksaw. An assortment of files.A Scriber.A Ruler.A Centre Punch.A Hammer. All the components for the bike.A drill. (Bench is preferred). An assortment of Drill Bits. Some Autosol.About 15 hours.I think that's it, if you don't have all/most of this stuff then I don't think it's possible. What hub will you be using? I used a Monty 221 TI hub because the Axle measures 110mm across, instead of the traditional 116mm. It might be 106mm and 110mm, I can never remember. Some people said to use Aluminium, but there wasn't enough space and also my wheel is on the limit of dishing, I can't get it to move over to the disc side any more.
