Heatsink
Any things you've organised, or worked as a team on?It's an opportunity to give them concrete evidence of your leading or team working skills. Also, an example where you've shown dedication, hard work, ability to solve problems...etc.Write down loads of things you've been involved with and then next to each I'd bullet point the positive attributes these each demonstrate. This will help you pick out the most powerful response to the question. Then you just need to use English which is loaded with powerful words they can pick up on, much like CV writing. When I was filling in such application forms after Uni, for such a question I would give the example of being involved with the running of the Uni BUNAC club, raising funds, organising events etc.Be sure to write it out on scrap and refine it a few times before committing to the application !Steve

Muel
My mate right, sports coach, nice guy. He says to me Muel, you can do computers can't you? I can says I. He says, ring my boss, he just sacked the IT guy, might be looking for a new guy. Mint says I.I rang him, he said to send my CV, I did. They rang me and said they didn't want me, but then, 2 wees later, he said he came across my CV and spotted that I had done a bit of website work. I have says I. So he gave me a job there and then.I now work 3 days a week for £7.50 an hour, it's a doss to be honest, but unfortunately the hours are a bit low this time of year, they pick up a lot in the run up to school holidays. Spikenipple
I once attended a Currys interview wearing a t-shirt with a picture of a blender on it because I couldn't find my shirt. I thought it was the next most appropriate item of clothing. The point of this story is: make sure you know where your shirt is, and don't attend the interview wearing a Rolls Royce t-shirt.
