Guest
well, last night i managed to snap 2 spokes, so today i was rebuilding my wheel with new spokes and i noticed that i was missing a tooth on the rear sprocket. ive never noticed it before and im assuming it happened the other night because im always checking my bike to see if anythings broken.just curious if this will affect anything, like: will my chain skip, or come off the sprocket etccause i dont really want that happening up on a wall, and i will be worrying continuosly if i dont make a topic on hereso whats the verdict people?help apreciated.if this hasnt happened to you or someone you know then please dont post bullshit in here. thankyou, reece
Andeee
Its bound to skip after a while with it being worn down but depends the life in your chain and front cog. Best bet is to buy a new rear cog instead of going through the hassle of constent skipping

timmorley
replace it. saving a few quid isnt worth the risk of breaking your face lol
