Alex@Flawless Bikes
Just got the new inspired frame and i love it, its just where it has been painted the paint has covered the first 3or4ish mm of the maggie threads in the frame so i can't get the bolts to bite the threads in the frame as it just makes a mess of the threads that have paint on them! Any ideas on what to do, should i try to re-tap the thread that paint on them or what?!?!
AdamR28
You should just be able to chase the frame through with a tap, yes, this will remove the paint and give you a perfect thread. Go slowly and carefully!Adam

Tony Harrison
Yes, take care to follow the old thread, otherwise you'll mess it up completely!
