Shaun H
Check out Maplin. They have an offer on a Seagate 500GB for £80 at the moment. Or for something like £60 there's a Maxtor 320GB which I got about a month ago. No problems with it, it just looks a bit duller than the Seagate one! But at the end of a day so long as it works a hard drive is a hard drive.
JonMack
Yeah Maplin.co.uk or Amazon.co.uk, although you could get this for £60http://overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-077-LCLaCie too

Tomm
They're mostly the same. Just buy the one that's got the most capacity/looks prettier. Your call.
Danny
I say get the one from overclockers. Their service is top rate. Order it before dinner and it will be on your doorstep the following day.

Spikenipple
Don't get the Western Digital MyBook. I bought one last week, it was £75 for a 320GB model which is fine by me, but it's quite a letdown really. In the pictures it looks all swish and sturdy but the build quality is piss poor, and the case is made from plastic instead of brushed aluminium like you'd expect it to be.My WD Elements drive I bought a few weeks before that (250gb, £45) is much sturdier. Got no complaints with it, the build quality is better than the normal MyBook. It's a lot more expensive though, but then again the light on the front is blue rather than green

Muel
I want one too! But I want one that just run's off the USB. No plug. So I can take it to college and work where I don't have to worry about plug sockets.
