=)zoo python
I know everyone has probably seen this topic hundreds of times..but do people use a file to get the little squares in the rims instead of the circles? If not then were do you buy them from? Thanks Joe
BenLeacock™
Think it was the echo 05's ? That came with squares. Trials-uk have hexigons. But yer people do use files, makes the rim weaker.
NileBrown™
Most just use a file but it takes a long time but I think its a bit pointless to be honest are you wanting the squares for the look or to loose weight?

N.Wood
Never done it, but everyone uses a file.If i was to go about it, I'd drill out the 4 corners, then use the drill to remove as much material as possible then finish off with a file. I will have to find someone who does it or has some for sale. I think they look really good with squares, how much do they weaken the rims? It's for a mod if anyone was wondering. Si-man
Well, it shifts all the stress to the corners. will crack eventually and probably collapse the wheel.People who do it, tend to change rims alot. i think it was benito ross that used to do it.
