N.Wood
Some nice woodwork there. One thing though, you gonna coat it in anything? I can see plywood being slippery as f**k when wet/mossy.

Dave Anscombe
chicken wire is one of the best methods to use.......sand will come off verry quickly after a good hard sesh on it. chicken wire we all know lasts heck of a lot longer
Krisboats
Looks pretty good mate, i guess you know to keep checking it as you ride it though... i made a box a while ago that i thought was bombproof but without checking it at all in like a year, it all fell down one day (which could have hurt ). peteglaze
Hi thereI was working on some display equipment a few years ago and we had to put a walk way through that was set to get wet. A very good friend of mine is a paint expert so I asked him to supply a non slip paint. What i was given was a paint with grit in it, it was fine if you were walking over it, but because it was glossy i'm convinced that if you tried to ride a bike over it the rubber on the tires would have slipped. I think the non slip answer is indeed chicken wire.Pete
