Bionic Balls
when it won't budge, you will strip the crank threads....so go and push the spanner harder until either the crank comes off, or you strip the threads.then come back... Lawnmowerman
Get a bit of oil on the taper and let it soak in. If that doesn't work get a blow torch on it to break the seal.
MattB
Might sound stupid but if you have isis cranks you have to use a little isis adaptor with the crank puller.Matt
Dan6061
If in doubt, give it a clout.

onzat-comp
put in the crank puller and remove as you would usually. whilst doing this get somebody to hit the area around the crank with a hammer the shock from the hammer makes the crank come of easyeriv'e done this myself and was well impressed how easy it came off.hope this helpsrick
N Roach
Take bolt out and soke the taper/isis joint in silicone (oil etc) Then leave the bolt out, go ride for a few hours then try extracting the crank arm again. If that does'nt work get a blow touch. Dan_Trials
You were taking them off just to clean them though, and while doing so you mashed them with a hammer. There's always a reason to get the hammer out!
