Bike Lights.

Rear lights are pritty hard since most people dont have a seat post :P

I've got one that's elastic and it goes around my seat stay so it's all good :)

Anyway yeah there are stupid laws like certain light (flashin) you have to use it with a stationary one!!

From my favourite link:

Bikes ridden at night need front and rear lights, flashing or steady.

At night a bicycle must also be fitted with a red rear reflector (and amber pedal reflectors, if manufactured after 1/10/85).

In Manchester, there's so many scallies riding around with no lights or brakes (V-brakes unclipped because the wheel is f**ked) that the police turn a blind eye to most things, I ride my bike without lights and no one cares. But then again it's not very safe, so I use them when I remember. Driving a car you know how invisible cyclists can be.
