Depending on geo on that frame you might want a new stem, the stem i ran was a zoo! cnc 100 x 5* Edited November 17, 2007 by grantallsop

shovel
new headset...... the madison m:part ones are a bit basic, something like a fsa xl2 is a good entry level cartridge one and will be way smoother. although if you're feeling flush then you could always opt for a king maybe a lighter front tyre too, i changed a while back from a 2.25 to a 2.1 kevlar bead xc tyre and feels much better, lot less tyre squirm and a bit lighter too! Simpson
err, why?Yea... good reasons why you shouldn't run front disk though very constructive Gotta be front disk... just because you dont have to squeel to a stop everytime, and gives much more reliable braking in all conditions

Seeing a few poo stabbers slip about with wet rims in London made me realise how crap it is being a poo stabber.
