max-t
Hi all, I sent a hub back to Hope the other day due to a stripped ratchet ring. Any ideas what will happen? Will they fix it or if they cant maybe replace it? Pro II.Max...
Matthew_Gibson
They'll probably just give you a ner hub shell and wack your internals into that!
James-M
I expect they'll replace the inside (whetever needs to be replaced...) Send it back with the bill/reciept. That's what they did with me.

_Owen.
the guys at hope are extreamely helpful, so if you get a bill i would just ring them up and see if they can do anything about it, if its warranty, there is no reason for you having to pay, hense the warranty! free replacement if you break it. basher
Well they will just replace the hubshell and thats it if all thats wrong with it no need to replace anything else. Not sure if its covered on warrentie max or not. Ino cracked shells are but hope have started to crack down on warrenty as people where abuseing it.If you do have to pay its hardly cheeky as its not a manafacturing fault and i dont think its a comon problem.
