r they good front and rear

thanx mac

1. Sort out your text language and you may get validated one day 2. it depends on what type of brake you prefer (on-off) i.e a maggie or a bit of modulation (disk). Also whether or not you frame/forks have disk mounts.

EDIT: to answer your question yeah they work a treat just depends on what you prefer xD

I ride hydraulic rim brakes front and rear and love them (when they're behaving), there are a few things i would mention though;

1. If either of your rims are bent the brake looses some of its sharpness as you have to componsate for side to side movement. In this case a disc may be a better option?!

2. As mentioned by Boss, the mounts on your frame and forks decide what you can run, if you have v brake mounts you will need evo mounts for magura rim brakes, visa versa if you only have a disc mount then theres no decision making to be done!

3. last but not least if you go for rim brakes i would advise a grind atleast on the rear rim as this makes a MAHOOSIVE difference.

Hope that helped.

i hate hs33's because

1. they don't work properly when they are wet

2. don't react very quick

3. they always have problems (well mine does)

And your wrong because....

1. get some pads for the wet, 'cos funnily enough they work good in the wet.

2. how can you say they don't work quick enough?!!! Mines on or off in an instant? isn't it the case for most brakes?

3. If you look after them and set them up good you won't have any problems at all.

I agree mate, it all depends on the set up.
