basher Posted November 10, 2007 Report Share Posted November 10, 2007 7mm thick and aobut 10cm by 10cmnot 7mm thick, wouldnt leave you with much pad after its been put in a backing.just get a backing measure the width lenght and depth ( add the depth to how much pad you want to stick out aorund 8mm and youve got your thickness) and then you can work out all the dimensions you need. Luke Rainbird Posted November 10, 2007 Report Share Posted November 10, 2007 Yeah, 82-83 Shore A is one reccomendation, but obviously there will be minor differences depending on where you go etc for it.You'll need to try a few things to get the best compound for you/a certain setup.
