Mike W
Try putting a serated washer on it to give it a bit more grip on the axel/frame.

blaze_
That's why I got rid of mine and put a normal derailleur. If anybody sorts it out please tell how because the tensioner is really nice, because of its weight.
N.Wood
http://www.observedtrials.net/vb/showthread.php?t=32319"From Webcyclery's website:'This rear hub has a built-in chain tensioner that's similar to the old Echo chain tensioner in that, honestly, we don't trust it entirely. Some aggressive riders have told us they have trouble with it slipping. Be among the first to try this hub and then let us know how it works. Greetings
If you're tensioning the chain upwards, I suggest you use a long ziptie to tie it to the top tube on the frame. Or just use a wire for that if the ziptie gets in the way of the chain.I'd also try using a file to create sharp notches on the part that rests against the frame. monkeyseemonkeydo
I don't know what you boys are doing wrong... I've had mine for over a month and it hasn't moved once, only had to re-tension it due to chain stretch. However, if you do still have issues one of the guys on OTN drilled and tapped two grub screws through the tensioner which he locks down onto the axle after setting the position. Worked for him.Dave
