What Tyre?

Recommended Posts

Try-all tyre has best grip you can get and hardly get a puncture but they only last a few months.

Maxxis they last longer than try-all but i got a lot of punctures from them so i will never choose them again.

Echo tyre not much grip but you dont get many punctures so i only use them for the summer and dry weather.

I would choose try-all out of all of the tyres you can get.

For the use with natty the try all is brilliant.....mud sheding qualities are amazing.......fairly soft compound rubber henc why they are so grippy.....they do wear out slightly quicker than maxxis and monty eagle claws.......i found that i never ever once got a pinch flat with the try all tires(ran two sets)

maxxis i ran once never again for me .constantly pinched.

well ive found best of both worlds and it comes in the form of the monty eagle claw........i use it for both street and natty.......grips well rare to get a pinch....wear life is pretty good to.....also the monty eagle claw rear tyre is a 2.69bigger than both maxxis and try all) with means u can runn lower psi and u wont pinch or have tyre flex.........

I would go for a set of maxxis creepy crawlers .

Also it depends on what price range your looking at as well;

Maxxis Creepy Crawler Front 20" £15.00

Maxxis Creepy Crawler Rear 19" £17.00

Echo Front 20" £15.00

Echo Rear 19" £20.00

Monty Eagle Claw 20" £18.00

Monty Eagle Claw 19" £25.00

Try-All Sticky Front 20" £20.00

Try-All Sticky Rear 19" £30.00

Everybody says maxxis or try-all. But what do you think about echo?

echo have a hard compound so they abit grippy in wet but summer there fine:)

very grippy, using one now and its fine can be run at very low pressure because of the sidewalll are so thick
