omgnoseat
I really can't figure out why people keep suggesting a tensile while the monty freewheel is so much better.I have it 7 months now and the only time it skipped was when it was bedding in
Ali C
indeed the monty is good, however we have sold hundreds of tensile freewheels at tartybikes and I can count the amount of problems people have had with them on one hand. admittingly, I dont think I have heard of anyone having any problems with the montys, but they havnt been out as long as the tensiles. hugh_b
i have defo found my tensiles better than my monty freewheel, the monty freewheel didn't skip but it seemed like dirt etc got in their however my tensile was ridden on sandy beaches and in terrible weather conditions for this whole comp season, it didn't skip once and it did'nt ever sound like dirt etc was in there. Also the tensile will have the 1/2 replacement scheme, if/when you want a new one in the future. cheers-Hugh
PaRtZ
tensiles last but ive heard a few skip predominantly which makes me trust nothing but an eno.Im guessing you dont have the money available for that though (maybe impatient to ride? ) so yeah go tensile. you'd probably destroy an acs and a try-all is too much ... Bad idea?
*OnzaMike*
if you get hardly used freewheel least you dont have to go round skipping for a day or two. get an acs, teach you to be smooth haha

monkeymoped
:$ i'm looking for a decent freewheel as well because i keep breaking the acs ones, i.e. tensile or monty but can you give me an idea on a good cheapish one NO TO ACS
Ali C
acs are different from tensiles, therefore I reccomend a tensile again, theres nothing outhere thats as good as the tensile for less money.
