Hey.

It could be loads of diffrent things buddy, but if you now how to take your headset apart then just pop it out and give the bearings and the cups a clean, regrees them and fit it all back together.

Also just check if everthings tight :) might not even be your headset lol

take the headset apart and grease the beast up! .. it could be a number of things though, quick release skewers might need greaseing up (on the cam part) could be stem, bars .... or even your shoulders .. a good clean and lubing session will work i think

even your shoulders, haha, jst tighten it, hold the breaks on and rock the bike forwards n backwards that will find out if there is any play in it, if there is give it a tighten, my mates headset was creaking and it cracked, so check for cracks n that.

I remember dropping my forks out once, and then the bottom cup and bearings fell all out on the floor.

Yeh, those were the days, the bearing cage had snapped and god knows what happen to the bottom cup.

But then i bought an FSA PIG DH beast and its worked for ages.

I know this hasnt really helped, But i thought i'd share my little story.
