lewis.jackson
I was talking to some man on the train and he asked me why i have a disc on the front and a magge on the back. All i could think of was its better looking and that the magge was a better front. So id like to know why you run a disc and if you run 2win disc let me know why? Janson
rear maggie is easy to get working well. easy to adjust, doesn't snap most frames. gives solid on/off braking.front disc for modulation, consistency and silence.

spode@thinkbikes
There are loads of threads on this dual disc debate - so have a search and you'll find lots of opinions.A lot of people don't like rear discs because they've never had one - how can you form an opinion of something you've never tried? Generally from what I've seen, once you go rear disc, you don't go back I love the lock, I love the modulation, I love the reliability, I love the lack of noise, I love the wet weather riding, I love the buckled wheels, I love my rear disc!Anyone is welcome to come and try my bike out, and I've not had a single disappointed rider yet. Janson
I'd love to give it a go. The bikes with rear disc I've tried have not been very nice at all. I'm very picky with my bike, and I can't stand much play or flex. Also, isn't it easy to mash the disc when sidehopping to the left?

I've never managed it!
