Nick Dale
My problem is, When i do my rear wheel up nice and tight after setting up my snail cams..i ride for about 2 seconds and i lose all tension in my chain..and the wheel is able to wobble side to side...not noticable to the eye but you can feel it when you do it with your hand and on the rear wheel..I have no idea why it is doing this or what i can do to sort the problem..at 1st i thought i wasn't doing the wheel up enough..but i know i am..It's starting to drive me nuts now as i just wana be able to ride without worrying about it..any ideas? Im running an adament A3 frame aswell!Thank you.
Ryan Blackwell
Just get a new bike nick! Think you should get new wheel bearings and see if it helps. Edited October 27, 2007 by baseboy
Fixed Pants™
Feels like the non existent cones are loose? I have that and thought it was because i wasn't using snail cams, which push in the sleeve things which should keep it all nice and tight, maybe get some thicker cams? Or use the cams on the inside if you're not already...
