Because wet roads means it going to be slippery, cold also suggests it could be icy. Thus retard drivers.

Edit: Wouldn't really call them retard drivers, carefuls a better word.

Argh, fackin shat myself last night.

Driving back from Malvern to Worcester at about 10, there's a biiig roundabout I usually take at 60, and get an awesome slide round.

Did as normal, slide commenced, then I see/feel that a bloody drain's burst and the roundabout is soaked!

Took some legendary driving to sort that kerfuffle out! Bloody impressed myself with how I handled it.
