yes but the witnesses had been drinking which removes all credibility, its happened to me before, i got abit lairy and whilst being taken out i called him a cun t, next thing i know im up on the wall with his fist in my face, got the old bill involved, case fell through because all of my witnesses were under the influence of alcohol so, the evidence wasnt solid enough, and suprise suprise it was out of sight of the camera's....

Soz mate, if you've ever been in a fight, like, not a school fight, then you'd know that it goes through your mind that you might be about to getstabbed or bottled etc. Which means if you see a stick or anything to hit them with, unless you're f**king retarded, you'll pick it up and use it... f**k 'fair', you do what you can to win mate. Don't cry that they cheated becasue there was more of them or they used a stick or something. That is the nature of a fight. Avoid at all costs, but when unavoidable, do anything to come out on top.

Nope.

I had 12 scouse lads on me like a year ago. f**king horrible. Got punched a couple of times and taken hostage. also has a smashed bottle held against my throat. That f**ked me up abit.

didnt go out for like a month after that incase i saw em again, then i did see them abit later all bruised up. Found out some mates of mine went round their flat with bats and an air rifle and did em in.

Going up against a gang with a bat is stupid though, especially if one grabs it and turns it on you. if using weapons, atleast learn how to use it and know what to do if it is grabbed.
