james266
Hi,I live in london and usually ride a lot of downhill or XC but having to travel for miles to get out of london is starting to wear on me. Some friends of mine used to do street /trials and that kind of thing when I was at uni and it looked really fun. I dont really know anything about trials though: frames, wheels 20' 24' 26', makes etc... Can you point me in the right direction to start looking for a bike and maybe some beginners makes /models. Got about £100-£200 to spend on a second hard rig but then again I have no idea what that will buy me. Im quite tall 6'4" and weigh about 14.5 stone. Any help would be great. Also are there any good online shops that sell trials stuff?ThanksJames Edited October 9, 2007 by james266

Sonny Clarke
Hello, i am currently a beginner at trials as well. I have discovered a few sites that may be helpful to you:www.cleanbikes.co.ukwww.selectbikes.comwww.tartybikes.co.ukwww.trialsman.co.uk www.supercycles.co.ukwww.vizbikes.co.ukwww.heatsinkbikes.comwww.trialfutur.netYou may want a stock because of your height but i prefer mod. A stock brand new in your price range, the only ones i can think of is MAD Phase 1.3, 1.2 and 1.3.There are other Mods in your price range first hand again like Shogun Gimp, (I own one) or a Onza T-VEE.Another stock i just thought of is saracen flea's, theres a range of them but there not very good. Also saracen mad 2 six.Hope i've helped! Sonny Edited October 9, 2007 by Clarkey
