1a2bcio8
Like the title says, can anyone recommend what sort of bb I should get? I have the change the one in my bike because it's currently too short. I have very little money but I want to at least get something that won't break in five minutes. I was looking at the "Shimano LX UN53 Sqr Taper" and the "Shimano XT UN73 Sqr Taper" at £14 and £18 respectively. Are these any good and is it worth spening the extra amount on the second? If these are both totally inadequate for trials then what is recommended.I'm sorry but I don't have time to search through older posts that may potentially answer my question. I'm having a bad, rushed day! Thanks in advance! Edited October 4, 2007 by rowly
AdamR28
UN53 = heavier but stronger cos is has a solid axle... UN73 has a hollow axle... I'd go for the UN53
