NVWOCI WVS
make sure you only have the red circle selected for one channel. like the record button, if you press shift and select it i think it selects all of them or something.im crap at explaining myself but you should get what i mean? Hendrix
Right.I can have a backing track running on Channel 1 (Audio)then run guitar into Channel 2. The guitar will be running through a pod.I have the Record red thing selected automaticly with what ever, but only on one channel.I'm reckoning on a setting somewhere where I have to select it NOT to record all channels ? mr_malcolm
have you checked your sound card settings because i remember at collage you had an option in your sound card settings called what you hear or something along those lines and basically if you have it turned on it will record what it hears basically simple.so for example if you are playing a backing track as you hit record it will record that and your guitar into one track so even when you turn it of you can still hear it, if you gt what i mean.check you haven't got anything like that and if you have got a button like that make sure its turned of, sounds simple but made me waste a few hours re-recording stuff before i realized it
Hendrix
I suspect it's somehting as simple as that, BUT...I'm using C-Media 3D Audio, which doesn't give you a decent user interface... so, I can't see anything like that.Does anyone know how to get a more user friendly interface ? BTW - It's the ONLY program that works with my Soundcard EDIT : Yeah, it is hearing what I'm doing!
